KINGTECH has a 10 engineer’s team,from electronic design to out-line design,our engineers will answer your question within 12hours.

We have engineers help customer to solve technical problems specially.They will also prepare specification,initialization code,touch panel driver code,test board etc.

To solve technical problems,for example,after customer got our samples,they don’t know how to light up the screen,our engineers will assistant them by email or sometimes by video.

For a new develop products,our engineers will negotiate with customer from the very beginning of the project,to finish the design together with customer,and sometimes give customer professional suggestion,once the design is finish and samples are ready,our engineer will test the samples and make sure every parts match the drawing,after the inspection,our engineer will send us complete code,which will help our customer to light up our products in short time,at the same time they will complete a new specification of the new product.

If customer request a test board,the test board will made by our engineers’ team,they will make and test the board by hand.

Except the display technical support,we also provide support for LCD panel and driver IC.

We have good connection with our LCD panel and driver IC supplier,for example,there’s a customer met touch panel driver problem,we can get the local FAE to assistant customer and solve the problem face to face.The LCD panel,we can help customer to adjust the color or gamma directly,and if customer have interest we can also help them to tool up a new LCD panel mask,we can get a favorable tooling cost and smaller MOQ.
